Product warranty, exchange and return rules
1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale of the goods by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days of delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:
1.1. To return the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at [email protected] When returning the product, the order number or the invoice confirming its purchase must be submitted.
1.2. The Buyer must send or transfer the goods to the Seller or another person authorized by him immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the date of submission of the notice of withdrawal to the Seller.
1.3. If the goods do not meet the quality requirements, the Seller must immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's notice of cancellation of the purchase transaction return to the Buyer all amounts paid, including delivery costs paid by the Buyer, if any. replace the product with a quality product. When returning all amounts paid to the Buyer, the Seller must use the same method of payment as the Buyer used to pay the Seller, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different method and the Buyer does not incur any other additional costs.
1.4. A product that the Buyer (consumer) does not like due to its shape, size, color, model or completeness may be replaced (returned) only if no more than 14 days have passed since the date of sale of the product and the returned product is of good quality, has not been damaged, operated (used) and its appearance has not changed significantly (changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product are not considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the product). In this case, shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
1.5. The goods are returned in the original packaging of the goods and the consignment (with a description and warranty card, if they were provided with the goods). Upon return, it is necessary to present the original document of purchase of the goods, which the Buyer received together with the goods.
1.6. In the event of a dispute regarding changes in the appearance of the returned goods or damage to the goods, the Seller shall apply to the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate under the Ministry of Economy and submit the goods for examination. The costs of the examination shall be borne by the guilty party.
2. If the goods are made to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously adapted to him, they are not exchanged and cannot be returned (the money paid for such goods is not refunded to the Buyer).
After-sales service
3. The warranty period of the product starts from the day of purchase of the product. During the warranty period, the product is replaced or repaired, depending on the nature of the defect.
3.1. The seller or manufacturer provides a guarantee of the quality of the product, the issuer of which, the specific term and other conditions are specified in the document confirming the guarantee of the product.
3.2. In the event that the Seller does not provide a guarantee of the quality of the goods, the quality guarantee of such goods established by legal acts shall apply.
3.3. The warranty is not valid if the product has been improperly modified, modified, used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or installed by an unauthorized service center.
3.4. Return, exchange and warranty service of goods purchased by consumers are carried out in accordance with the directives of the European Union, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts.
