Can I come to the warehouse to buy parts without ordering through the e-shop?


Yes, you can only inform us by phone before arrival to prepare parts for pick-up.



Will you safely pack the parts to be shipped?


Each order is carefully and extremely securely packed before shipment so you will receive parts without any defects.



What time of day do couriers deliver parcels?


Shipments are usually delivered on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so if you're not home, it's best to provide your work address. 



What happens if I can't pick up my shipment on the day of delivery?


In most cases, you will receive an SMS from the courier service in the morning of the delivery day with the estimated delivery time. You can change the delivery date or address by clicking the link in the message. 


 

Could another person pick up the shipment addressed to me?


Yes, the shipment can be picked up by another person. You will receive SMS with special PIN code. 



Can I return purchased products?


All parts can be returned within 14 days of receiving if their condition has not changed. If you want to return the item, just fill out the return form.



Are you sending abroad?


We currently ship only to the main countries of European Union (except smaller islands).
